Marketing & Business Growth Executive

IPMS India Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in pest control solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing & Business Growth Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive strategic business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a proven history of successful campaigns and business development, preferably in service-based industries.

This role requires a proactive professional who can not only develop and implement effective marketing strategies but also manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Identify and pursue new market segments and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to fine-tune marketing efforts.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with service delivery.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
