Join us in our mission to shape the future of global logistics As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you ?Dare to Grow? with us Job Title: Regional Head of IT Infrastructure IME ADepartment: IT Infrastructure & Operation sReports To: Global CT O Role Overvie w:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of IT Infrastructure to lead the strategic and operational delivery of IT infrastructure across the IMEA region This role is critical in ensuring robust, scalable, and secure IT services that support business operations and growth The ideal candidate will have experience driving operational excellence, and leading cross-functional IT teams in a matrixed environment, and setting up and managing Global Delivery Centers (GDCs ), Key Responsibiliti es:Strategic Leadersh ip:Define and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy aligned with global IT goa Drive innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure servic Take an active part in the setup and operationalization of Global Delivery Centers across IM Operational Delive ry:Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructu Oversee the implementation and maintenance of LAN/WAN, rationalization of infrastructure, move to cloud, and network polici Manage IT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management when need Project Manageme nt:Lead regional IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completi Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocati Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure upgrades and deploymen Vendor & Stakeholder Manageme nt:Manage relationships with hardware, software, and service vendors for the regi Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units and geographi Team Leadersh ip:Build and lead a high-performing regional IT te Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportuniti Compliance & Securi ty:Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and regulatory requiremen Implement and monitor IT security measures and risk mitigation strategi Qualifications & Experie nce:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fi eld15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership r oleExperience in setting up and managing Global Delivery Centers a p lusStrong background in logistics, freight forwarding, or similar industries is prefer redExpertise in network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud technolog iesExperience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional te ams Skills & Competen cies:Strategic thinking with strong operational execu tionExcellent leadership and team management sk illsStrong analytical and problem-solving abili tiesEffective communication and stakeholder engage mentProactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused min dset
