**Role Overview:** As a Regional Head Lease Admin at JBS Lease Administration in Gurugram, you will be entrusted with a high level of independence to manage lease administration operations effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for all parties involved, driving efficiencies, building a strong team, and enhancing relationships with business stakeholders to contribute to the growth of JLL. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and lead the Lease Administration delivery for Abstractions, overseeing teams and ensuring the successful completion of multiple lease abstraction projects. - Work closely with business lines to understand abstraction and Account Management requirements and align them with available resources and ongoing projects. - Deliver financial and database management support to key clients, including sharing monthly reports, processing AR/AP tasks, supervising variance processes, and ensuring timely delivery of rent rolls each month. - Monitor targets/budgets, manage timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with other Lease Administration teams to ensure the timely delivery of accounts/projects/transitions/compliance deliverables. - Manage a team of account staff, motivate and retain talent, and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operational Excellence and Technology teams, to deploy RPA solutions and workflow implementations. - Work with regional leads on risk management and standardization initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Senior Director with 15+ years of experience in Operations Management and Project Management. - Experience in Lease Administration processes is preferred. - Six Sigma certifications and PMP certifications are advantageous. - Demonstrated success in delivering complex multidiscipline projects and leading cross-cultural teams. - Ability to manage delivery remotely for other centers and remain effective under pressure. - Experience in driving complex operational processes and business initiatives. - Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Robotics Process Automation) and Business Process Management. - Strong risk management skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities. **Note:** Additional company details are not provided in the job description. **Role Overview:** As a Regional Head Lease Admin at JBS Lease Administration in Gurugram, you will be entrusted with a high level of independence to manage lease administration operations effectively.
