Job Description

As a Regional Accounts & Finance Head at the USD 2.8 billion conglomerate, the world leader in machines and engines specializing in Earthmoving Equipment, Mining Trucks, Loaders & Dumpers in Nagpur (Maharashtra), your role will involve the following responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for driving financial and business performance by acting as a trusted advisor for the Business Head. Your key role will include providing financial insight, commentary, and advice to the Business Head and team regularly. You will serve as the single point of contact between Finance and Business, coordinating all related activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions and share detailed insights with functional and business head. - Partner with Head of the Business Head to align long-range plans with overall business goals and strategies. - Drive the annual budgeting exercise for the Business Head with the Business Leaders. - Participate in the tendering and negotiation process of large tender deals. - Measure the performance of large contracts against the budgeted financials and identify opportunities for margin improvement. - Participate in ongoing commercial discussions with the Vendors. - Responsible for tracking and supporting Receivables & Vendor Management, write-backs, write-offs of bad debts, in coordination with the business. - Review inventory levels and take measures to manage optimal levels, including liquidation/return of obsolete or non-moving inventory. - Regularly follow-up with the business on collection-related issues and drive down Accounts Receivable. Ensure timely billing as per commercial terms. - Identify key factors impacting business performance and share insights with the business head at regular intervals. - Analyze variances and root causes for deviations in performance in consultation with relevant stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - CA/CWA Inter/MBA with 10+ years of experience or CA/CWA with 6+ years of experience. - Experience working with a company having a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1000+ Cr. - Minimum of 3+ years of working experience with SAP. - Good and hands-on experience and exposure with MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Please note that the CTC for this position is up to 22 LPA (Negotiable).,
