Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • P&L Ownership

    : Manage and grow the profitability of the region, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets.
  • Team Leadership

    : Lead a team of highly motivated individuals to grow and manage business in their region.
  • Strategy & Execution

    : Develop regional strategies to drive business growth, onboard developers, and manage partnerships.
  • Understand requirements of JBPs and collaborate with operations to create customized packages
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior developer stakeholders (CEOs, CSMOs, CRM Heads).
  • Business Reviews

    : Conduct periodic reviews with developers to assess performance and growth opportunities. Assess problems and take Corrective Actions Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Internal Reviews

    : Participate in reviews with the Business Head.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries

  • Stellar ratings in previous roles, with experience in handling large teams.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
