Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Regional Head - Agency Channel, located in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing regional sales operations, managing agency channels, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, monitoring sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Regional Head will foster strong relationships with key accounts, provide regular performance reports, and implement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency.
