Job Description

As the Center Head for AR/VR & AI, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Training Center, ensuring effective delivery of training programs and optimal functioning of all center activities. Your role will involve managing staff, coordinating educational initiatives, and maintaining high standards of quality and engagement for all participants. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institute's vision and goals. Drive initiatives for long-term operational excellence. - Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient administrative functions, high-quality education delivery, and compliance with standards and regulations. - Staff Management and Development: Lead, recruit, and develop faculty and administrative staff to achieve high performance and job satisfaction. Encourage continuous improvement and professional growth. - Student Recruitment and Retention: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student recruitment and retention. Create a supportive and engaging learning environment. - Financial Management: Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure financial stability and growth. - Stakeholder Engagement: Enhance relationships with key stakeholders such as students, parents, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the institute in external forums. - Quality Assurance: Ensure education and services meet or exceed accreditation standards and stakeholder expectations. - Facilities Management: Supervise maintenance and development of facilities and infrastructure to support a positive learning environment.
