Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple branches within the assigned region

• Drive business performance and ensure achievement of targets

• Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and their teams

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

• Monitor operational efficiency and customer service standards

• Analyze regional performance data and implement improvement strategies

• Coordinate with senior management to align regional goals with overall business objectives

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• In-depth knowledge of banking operations and compliance

• Ability to travel within assigned regions

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Regional knowledge of Tamil Nadu is a plus
