Regional Construction Head - Asia

You are a critical member of the Fit-Out team as the Regional Construction Lead at IWG, responsible for implementing the fit-out strategy in your market. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely project openings, driving revenue, and establishing a reliable supply chain in your region. You will lead a team of portfolio managers who oversee the delivery of centres in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee various construction projects such as New Centre Openings, ClientBuildWorks, Expansions, and Facility maintenance in your market - Manage the Centre Delivery Managers, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation - Meet the region's opening targets for the number of centres and ensure compliance with governance processes - Ensure adherence to global processes for opening all centres - Take ownership of the fit-out services team's P&L in the region and work on improving performance - Implement global initiatives, new brands, and formats in the region - Collaborate with Country Managers and local stakeholders to ensure proper opening of centres - Work closely with the procurement team to optimize the supply chain in the region - Manage the panel of General Contractors, ensuring capacity to open the pipeline of centres Experience / Required Skills: - Seasoned Project Director with experience in managing a large portfolio of projects - Proficient in leading teams and working with General Contractors - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledgeable about the construction process and opportunities for enhancement - Proven track record of process improvement - Effective stakeholder management skills, engaging with senior stakeholders - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization - Fluent in English language Join IWG in revolutionizing workspaces at www.iwgplc.com.,
