Job Description

We are hiring a Regional Coordinator – South India & Offshore who will manage student applications from the South Indian region and offshore markets. The selected candidate will coordinate closely with our office team in Chandigarh.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage enquiries and applications from South India & offshore markets
• Coordinate application processing with the Chandigarh office team
• Communicate with education agents and students
• Follow up for documents, offers, COEs and visa requirements
• Conduct student counselling (online/offline)
• Attend regional promotions, seminars, and education fairs
• Maintain reports, leads, conversions and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in international education counselling / admissions
• Knowledge of Australian education system preferred
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Ability to travel within the region if required
• Proficient in MS Office and online systems

Preferred Skills:

• Good English and regional language communication
• Strong organisational ability and follow-up
• Customer service focused and proactive
