Regional Admissions Manager

You will be joining Royal Global University as a Regional Manager - Admissions, where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility, student engagement, and enrollment. Your role will involve building relationships with schools, colleges, corporate partners, and key stakeholders, while driving marketing campaigns aligned with the university's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs. - Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career counselors, and educational institutions to drive student enrollments. - Organize and participate in educational fairs, school/college visits, career counseling sessions, and other promotional events. - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns tailored for outreach activities. - Leverage offline channels to enhance university branding and student engagement. - Track and analyze outreach activities to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns. - Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for prospective students. - Stay updated on education industry trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to refine outreach efforts. - Receive calls and make calls to students to make them understand about the University and generate admissions. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or masters degree - 2-4 years of experience in outreach marketing, educational marketing, or student engagement roles. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking abilities. - Ability to travel extensively for outreach programs and events. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
