As a Regional Academic Head for Pathshala, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic activities in the JEE and NEET segments. Your role will involve effectively connecting with stakeholders, ensuring the smooth functioning of academic activities, fostering collaboration among ground teams and students, and enhancing the quality of education provided. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall academics, including Result Analysis, Test Process, Class Attendance Management, Faculty Management, Data Analysis, and other related activities. - Handle 10-12 centers efficiently to ensure academic excellence. - Be willing to travel to various locations as required by the organization. - Regularly visit all centers to monitor and support academic operations effectively.
