Reference Data Analyst

Purpose of the Role

• To perform operational activities, e.g. hierarchy changes along with change activity
• To provide reference data expertise across the enterprise
• To improve reference data quality
• To support reference data integration across data sources and applications
• To undertake authorisation and work allocation activities

Key Accountabilities

• Support Lead, CIB Counterparty Data Management Operations in maintaining service levels and outcomes
• Support Manager, CIB Counterparty Data Management where required
• Support business/process change to improve service levels and data quality for internal stakeholders

Experience-

• 3-7 Years experience within a similar environment with a demonstrated understanding of product, processes and systems
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
