Reference Data Analyst

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Documentation Management team, you will guide and support a team of Operations Analysts while actively participating in daily tasks. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring efficient review of legal documentation and accurate input of key parameters into systems. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, working closely with internal functions to resolve issues promptly. Participate in the review of legal agreements such as ISDAs and CSAs, ensuring accurate extraction and indexing of key parameters. Collaborate with key partners in legal, business, operations, and technology to enhance operational efficiency. Drive team productivity and quality by setting high standards and actively participating in quality assurance processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all agreements/documents processed. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Derivatives Master Agreements and trade-related documentation within an investment banking or law firm environment. Hold a bachelor's degree or above. Excellent understanding of derivative legal documents like ISDA and CSA. Proficiency in MS Office, effective communication skills, multitasking abilities, prioritization, and efficient task execution. Strong teamwork approach with the ability to work independently when needed. Drive tasks to completion with strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven mindset.,
