Reels Creator & Video Editor

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative individual who can plan, shoot and edit reels/short-form content for brands under Mayakrit Solutions.
You should be comfortable handling a camera/mobile setup, directing simple shots, and creating high-quality edits that are trendy, smooth and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content Shooting

• Shoot reels and short-form content for clients & in-house brands
• Direct and capture product, lifestyle & talking-face videos
• Knowledge of frame composition, lighting & basic cinematics
• Ability to shoot outdoors/indoors based on requirement

Video Editing

• Edit reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
• Add transitions, captions, SFX, music sync & creative elements
• Adapt videos to different formats and aspect ratios
• Stay updated with trending styles & audio formats

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop shot concepts & reel ideas
• Work with content, design & marketing teams for execution
• Deliver fast, clean & platform-friendly output

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels trends
• Hands-on with mobile/DSLR shooting
• Proficient in editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / VN etc.)
• Creative mindset + good sense of camera & audio
• Ability to meet deadlines & create consistent content flow

Preferred

• Portfolio of past reels
• Knowledge of lighting setups
• Basic motion graphics experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,038.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
