Reel Script Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Research trends, hooks, and viral formats for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms
• Write engaging, concise, and scroll-stopping reel scripts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
• Develop strong opening hooks within the first 1–3 seconds to maximize retention
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and social media managers to ensure smooth execution of scripts
• Adapt scripts for different niches such as e-commerce, personal brands, coaches, startups, and service businesses
• Convert marketing objectives (leads, sales, awareness, engagement) into compelling reel concepts
• Create scripts for educational, promotional, storytelling, and trend-based reels
• Optimize scripts using platform best practices (length, pacing, CTAs, captions, and on-screen text)
• Write clear calls-to-action (CTA) that drive comments, saves, shares, or conversions
• Revise and refine scripts based on performance data and client feedback
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all reels
• Stay updated with social media algorithm changes and content trends

Required Skills

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of short-form video psychology and audience behavior
• Ability to write conversational, high-impact scripts in minimal words
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels
• Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and content strategy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
