Role Overview: You will be the Technical Team Lead responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers in a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in software development and team leadership. - Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. - Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments. - Relevant certifications in Red Hat OpenShift or cloud technologies are a plus.,
