Job description Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Sr Recruitment Specialist - IT Technology and Product Hiring Location: Church Street, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days) Experience Required: 2+ years Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technology and Product Hiring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT technology and product hiring, with a proven track record of closing emerging and niche skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on senior and leadership hiring. Key Responsibilities: IT Technology and Product Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for IT technology and product roles, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired. RPO Assignments: Be open to working on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assignments and deputations as needed. Client Interaction: Front-end clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Revenue Targets and Deadlines: Work towards achieving revenue targets and meeting deadlines. Lateral Hiring: Focus on lateral hiring for full-time roles, with a minimum of 80% of the hiring being lateral. Senior and Leadership Hiring: Manage the recruitment process for senior and leadership positions. Emerging/Niche Skills: Successfully close positions requiring emerging and niche skills. Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT technology and product hiring. RPO Experience: Experience in RPO is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Client Management: Proven experience in front-ending clients and managing their expectations. Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards revenue targets and meet deadlines. Lateral Hiring: Strong experience in lateral hiring for full-time roles.
