Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete recruitment life cycle for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements
Work on permanent & contract staffing mandates
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen profiles and schedule interviews with clients
Coordinate with candidates and clients till final closure
Maintain daily trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Achieve individual and team hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-5 years of mandatory experience in a staffing company
Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
