Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle complete recruitment life cycle for IT & Non-IT staffing requirements
  • Work on permanent & contract staffing mandates
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
  • Screen profiles and schedule interviews with clients
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients till final closure
  • Maintain daily trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
  • Achieve individual and team hiring targets

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • 1-5 years of mandatory experience in a staffing company
  • Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Immediate to short notice joiners preferred
