We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Marketing & HR Faculty member who can teach, mentor, and inspire students in both marketing and human resource management subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and workshops.
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research work.
• Contribute to syllabus planning and curriculum enhancement.
• Assist in academic and administrative activities of the college as needed.
• Participate in admission promotion, career guidance, and student engagement programs.
• Stay updated with current marketing trends, HR practices, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Management (MBA / PGDM) with specialization in Marketing and/or Human Resources.
• Teaching experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication and conceptual knowledge can apply.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate real-world examples into classroom teaching.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,400.00 per month
