You will be responsible for leading realtor hiring and talent acquisition for Pan India, overseeing 10 branches in Chennai and other cities. Your key responsibilities will include developing recruitment strategies, collaborating with business leaders for workforce planning, designing job descriptions and employer branding strategies, managing recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring, building relationships with real estate agencies and platforms, and tracking recruitment performance to optimize processes. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/recruitment, with a preference for real estate recruitment background or mandatory experience in sales recruitment. You should possess strong recruitment strategies and leadership skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is an individual contributor role where you will play a crucial part in shaping the talent acquisition landscape for the organization.,
