As a candidate for the Sales Head position at Hanu Reddy Realty located in Mylapore, you will play a crucial role in leading realtor hiring and talent acquisition across Pan India. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading realtor hiring & talent acquisition for Pan India, overseeing 10 branches in Chennai and other cities. - Developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Collaborating with business leaders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning. - Designing job descriptions and employer branding strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring. - Building strong relationships with real estate agencies and platforms to enhance recruitment efforts. - Tracking recruitment performance metrics and optimizing processes for efficiency. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/recruitment, with a preference for real estate recruitment experience or mandatory sales recruitment experience. - Demonstrate strong recruitment strategies and leadership skills to effectively lead the talent acquisition efforts. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential. - This position is an individual contributor role, requiring self-motivation and the ability to drive recruitment initiatives independently.,
