Recruitment Manager

Recruitment Manager leads an organization's talent acquisition strategy, managing full-cycle hiring and overseeing a team of recruiters to find, evaluate, and hire top talent.

• Develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies that match company growth goals and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and supervise recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to define role requirements and skill sets.
• Full-Cycle Oversight: Oversee job postings, active sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Employer Branding & Pipelines: Build proactive talent pools and promote the company culture across multiple channels.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices follow local labor laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
• Experience: Good experience in end to end recruitment cycle working for construction and manufacturing companies across India
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and sourcing platforms.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
