Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment Planning & Manpower Management:

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments and locations.
• Prepare monthly and weekly hiring plans.
• Coordinate with department heads and store managers for recruitment requirements.
• Maintain a position-wise manpower tracker and vacancy report.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Hiring:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
• Manage bulk hiring for retail sales staff, store managers, and support staff.
• Handle recruitment for senior-level and corporate positions.
• Build a strong candidate database for future hiring.

3. Interview & Selection Process:

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews with the respective department heads.
• Coordinate interview feedback, salary negotiations, and offer releases.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.

4. Retail & Store Recruitment:

• Fulfil hiring requirements for Sales Executives, Sales Associates, Section Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other retail positions.
• Coordinate with store managers for urgent vacancies.
• Organize walk-in interviews and recruitment drives.
• Ensure timely manpower availability at all retail locations.

5. Recruitment MIS & Reporting:

• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and weekly hiring reports.
• Track vacancies, resumes received, interviews scheduled, selections, offers, and actual joinings.
• Monitor recruitment turnaround time and hiring costs.
• Share recruitment performance reports with management.

6. Team Management & Coordination:

• Manage and guide the recruitment team, if applicable.
• Allocate hiring targets and monitor individual recruiter performance.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
