Job Description

Role Overview: The role aims to develop and execute recruiting plans to fulfill the lateral hiring requirements of the business group in alignment with Wipro recruiting policies and standards. The primary focus is to ensure a positive employer brand experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Deploy Recruitment Plans as per the business requirement: - Develop recruitment plans to meet quarterly lateral hiring targets by understanding business projections, talent requirements, and designing sourcing plans. - Maintain and update recruitment plans to accommodate new requirements or changes in talent projections by business. - Communicate with Business Teams regarding the support required for the deployment of recruitment drives. - Manage Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process: - Conduct candidate connect and pre-hiring engagement activities to ensure a healthy joining ratio. - Provide training and mentoring to recruiters on effective communication, behavior, and adherence to guidelines. - Support recruiters in resolving candidate concerns and managing escalations to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Drive execution of Recruitment operations to meet set milestones: - Operationalize the functional plan with recruiters, assigning recruitment drives and monitoring recruitment targets. - Conduct HR Interviews for senior candidates and review team dashboards daily to monitor progress. - Review and approve all hiring by recruiters to ensure compliance with processes and protocols. - Monitor hiring initiation-to-offer release cycle time and ensure closure within agreed timelines. - Team Management: - Resourcing: Forecast talent requirements, hire adequate resources, and ensure diversity in the team. - Talent Management: Provide onboarding, training, drive retention, and engagement in the team. - Performance Management: Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and ensure Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team.
