Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Expert located in Ahmedabad. The Recruiting Expert will be responsible for leading the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating training. Daily tasks include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiting Expert will be expected to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and train new hires
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with recruitment software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
