Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator

As a Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator for a global Technology company, your main role will involve managing high volume scheduling of interviews, collecting interview feedback, extending offers to candidates, and ensuring compliance with the recruitment process. Your primary focus will be providing recruiting support for India based roles. This is a 6-month contract project with the possibility of extensions, requiring 40 hours per week. You will be expected to work onsite at the client's office in Bangalore OR Pune, India for 2 days per week, with potential for additional onsite days in certain situations. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize Workday Recruiting to compile interview packets, gather feedback from interviewers promptly, and extend offers. - Manage high-volume scheduling for phone, video, and onsite interviews specifically for India-based positions. - Utilize the scheduling tool Goodtime for all interview scheduling tasks. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, including handling high-volume interview scheduling. - Familiarity with the Workday Recruiting System is highly preferred. - Proficiency in using interview scheduling tools, with preference given to experience with Goodtime. - Strong skills and ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers. - A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
