The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures — primarily through telecalling and digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, is target-driven, and wants to grow in the field of human resources and recruitment. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle telecalling for recruitment and reach out to potential candidates. Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, and social media. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlisting of candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Schedule and follow up on interviews and feedback. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and database regularly. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets. RequirementsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business, or related field). Experience: 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or telecalling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone etiquette and convincing ability. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
