The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers. Additionally, the Recruiter will build relationships with universities and other recruitment channels, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate records of interviews, decisions, and recruitment metrics. Qualifications Strong skills in identifying and attracting qualified candidates Experience in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process Ability to build relationships with universities and other recruitment channels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools Ability to work on-site in Uttarakhand, India Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in a consultancy or recruitment firm is a plus Show more Show less
