Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements.
• Leverage

  AI-driven sourcing tools

  , professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
• Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.

Requirements

• 26 years

  of recruitment experience, preferably in

  tech and executive search

  domains.
• Strong understanding of technology roles (software engineering, data science, product, etc.) and leadership hiring.
• Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using

  ATS platforms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
