Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s recruitment, ensuring timely closure of the position and maintaining accurate application records. This role requires effective communication with candidates and the management, prompt follow-ups on scheduling the interview, and coordination with the internal team for hiring the right candidate

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in any Stream

Proficiency in English and local language.

Good Knowledge of Ms. Excel and Outlook Express

Job Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition, coordination, calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and understanding the role.
• Source profiles, job postings, and salary negotiation. Manage end-to-end recruitment and maintain a database of the applications received.
• Should be conversant in handling various job portals.
• Experience minimum 1-2 yrs.
• Qualification : Graduate in any Stream
