Recruiter, Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to niche IT roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create targeted sourcing plans.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates for specialized IT positions.

Candidate Screening: Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and technical assessments, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to advice on recruitment strategies and ensure attractive offers to top candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through on-boarding. Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication.

Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a demonstrated history of successful niche IT hiring.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
