As a Recruiter, you will primarily focus on recruiting candidates for our clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes while working closely with a dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client job requirements and job descriptions
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and next steps
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily reports
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals for various client positions
• Learn and adapt to recruitment best practices, tools, and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
• Positive attitude and a client-focused mindset
