Key Responsibilities

End to end Recruitment for the IT and NON-IT Industry, junior to mid-level positions.
Coordinates interviews and offer negotiations for selected candidates.
Sourcing prospect candidates through various job portals, Mass Mailing & job posting.
Stay updated on market trends & new technologies to optimize candidate sourcing and hiring processes.
Maintaining an accurate database of the candidates & client communications in our recruitment Management system.
