Role: RECRUITER Experience Preferred : 6 TO 12 Months ( BPO / RECRUITMENT)

Location: GORWA Vadodara (Only Local candidates may apply)

Shift: Day 10am-7pm SUNDAY FIX OFF Graduate Experience Recruiter can apply.

Required Good Communication Skills!!!!

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.

2) Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc

3) Assess an applicant's relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies

4) Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.

5) Submitting a candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.

6) Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.

7) Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email & voice calls. Interested Candidates can apply for the job,

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
