Recruiter Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in

  Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition Operations, or HR Analytics

  .
• Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, data visualization, and report automation.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience in creating data-driven hiring insights.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with

  ATS tools, scheduling platforms, and HR databases

  (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Smart Recruiters, or similar).
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or Global Capability Center (GCC).
• Exposure to tools like Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio for dashboarding.
• Familiarity with recruitment process automation or AI-based sourcing tools.
