Job Description

Proactively search and source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Shortlist candidates and schedule final round interviews with the HR Executive or Director. Maintain and update candidate records and interview feedback in the recruitment tracker. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring priorities. Focus: 100% recruitment (no other HR operations) Targets: Ability to close 10–20 positions per month
