Position details Department HR Department Location Baner, Pune (On-site) Roles and Responsibilities Job Posting Sourcing: Post job listings on Naukri, Internshala, and LinkedIn and actively source potential candidates. Screening Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with applicants, ensuring a smooth hiring experience. Database Management: Keep track of candidate profiles and recruitment metrics. Offer Onboarding Support: Assist in salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding of new hires. Multi-language Communication: Effectively communicate in English, Marathi, and Hindi for better candidate engagement. Requirements Work Experience Minimum 9 months in recruitment Qualifications Any Graduate Additional Information Energetic and focused professional with a passion for recruitment. Proficiency in Naukri, Internshala, and LinkedIn for job sourcing and posting. Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
