Roles & Responsibility :
Recovery Working Area – Ponda / Dharbandora/ Tiswadi / Mormugao
- Responsible for recovering overdue payments or debts from customers on behalf of a company.
- Monitor and maintain records of accounts with outstanding dues at Assigned particular Area / Location.
- Contact customers via calls, messages, or visits to remind and follow up on overdue payments
- Ensure secure and ethical recovery practices. Ensure all recovery activities are in compliance with regulatory norms and company policies.
- Update the Daily recovery status in internal systems MIS reports, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
