Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for collections, recovery assessments, and relationship development on behalf of the company.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly recovery targets by following up with customers and negotiating repayment plans when necessary.
• Promote the companys financial solutions to prospective clients, contributing to customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a high standard of service and satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recovery, development progress, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
• Work collaboratively with branch teams to identify trends, share insights, and develop recovery strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Follow company policies and compliance protocols while dealing with sensitive financial and customer information.
• Participate in periodic training and development programs to enhance recovery, negotiation, and customer service skills.
