Prepare and review general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Month-End/Year-End Close:
Provide support in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights for decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Internal Controls:
Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies to maintain financial integrity.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in R2R - GL Accounting, with a focus on month-end closing and financial reporting.
