About The Role

Skill required: Record To Report - Fixed Asset Accounting

Designation: Record to Report Ops Analyst

Qualifications:BCom/MCom/Master of Business Administration

Years of Experience:3 to 5 years

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits.Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting. Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.

Roles and Responsibilities: Co-ordination with Team Members and Client TeamBe a POC for BPO related queriesManage close process Ensure statutory complianceResponsible for teams performance, morale and succession planningManagement reporting, team status meetingsProvide domain expertise in F&A processes
