Job Description

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving complex General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations, and other entries as per the agreed schedule and Client Desktop Procedures. You will initiate complex accounting entries based on non-standard events and accounting rules that are not directly described in the Desktop Procedures. Additionally, you will review fixed asset-related entries, monitor fixed asset transactions and budgets, and ensure timely fixed asset capitalization. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reviewing bank statements reconciliations, monitoring Intercompany reconciliations and balances, as well as overseeing Intercompany netting/settlements. You will also monitor Period End Close progress, collaborate with Clients Finance Controllers or Process Owners to ensure timely closure and reporting, and prepare and review Period End Reporting packs. Your primary skills will involve reviewing financial, management, and statutory reporting while providing analytical insights. You will also review tax and statutory reporting. Additionally, you will monitor and test financial controls as per the Client Controls Framework and handle queries and escalations from Client stakeholders.
