Record Keeping System (RKS)

As a skilled professional in capital markets with expertise in data conversion and migration processes, your role as a Record Keeping System (RKS) specialist will involve the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of asset classes such as Equity, Fixed Income, Futures & Options, ABS, and MBS. - Possess conceptual knowledge of fund accounting and portfolio valuation. - Familiarity with market reference data and corporate actions. - Perform data reconciliation and analyze reconciliation breaks in detail. - Conduct source system data analysis to manage source-to-target data mapping for large datasets. In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be expected to collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to define and document data conversion requirements. You will also be responsible for executing conversion and testing of static and transactional data between core systems, performing data cleaning, scrubbing, and consistency checks (pre-checks), and understanding and managing the Conversion Run Book and task assignments. Furthermore, advanced Excel skills are required for this role. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data reconciliation and migration processes are essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to interact with stakeholders effectively. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently will be crucial for success in this role.,
