About the Role

Codingmart is looking for a Reconciliation Associate to manage and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, settlements, and data processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong Excel skills, and good communication abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform daily reconciliation of payment settlements, refunds, and transactions across multiple channels.

● Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and transactional data.

● Maintain and update reports using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

● Collaborate and communicate clearly with internal teams to address reconciliation issues promptly.

● Prepare and present reconciliation summaries for audits and internal reviews.

● Support process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

● 6 months to 2 years of experience in reconciliation, payment settlements, or related roles. ● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).

● Good understanding of payment gateways, wallets, or fintech operations (preferred).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
