Job Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office or reaching out via phone. Your role will involve welcoming clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting our sales team to deliver a seamless client experience. If you're passionate about communication, hospitality, and real estate – this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
✅ Handle incoming calls and respond to property-related inquiries✅ Coordinate client appointments and site visits with the sales team✅ Maintain visitor records and call logs for internal tracking✅ Provide basic support in documentation and form filling✅ Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable✅ Help manage branding materials and display communication collaterals✅ Follow up with clients post-visit for feedback and next steps✅ Update client details and support sales team coordination

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate tele-calling or front office coordination
• Education: Any Graduate
• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, and English
• Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed and presentable with a professional attitude

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and handle front desk responsibilities independently
