Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Receptionist Trainee to join our hospital administration team. The role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in front office and hospital administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in appointment scheduling and managing the front desk operations.
• Provide administrative support to the hospital administration team.
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Learn and adapt to hospital information systems and processes.

Skills & Attributes

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
