Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Manage front desk activities , billing, collection and maintain an organized reception area.
• Assist patients with frame selection and handle basic manual billing.

Requirements

• Working Fluency in English and Kannada (spoken)
• Basic customer handling skills
• Prior experience in a clinic/hospital is a plus

Location: Anjanapura, Bangalore
Flexible Timings: 10am -1 pm and 4pm to 7pm (all days).
