Job Summary

We are seeking a poised, proactive, and personable Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage multi-line phone systems: answer, screen, and route calls
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and branded reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Issue visitor badges and monitor logbooks for security compliance
  • Provide general administrative support: photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with internal communications and event coordination as needed
  • Track and replenish office supplies and reception inventory
  • Handle basic inquiries and resolve minor complaints with courtesy and tact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
