Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR or office management team as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi if applicable).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Prior experience in a front-office or customer service role is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
